Accessibility statement for the Cyber Security Hub

This accessibility statement applies to the Cyber Security Hub website.

This website is run by a United Kingdom government service team. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • zoom in to three hundred percent without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using only a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader
  • use the service on a mobile or tablet
  • use the service without relying on colour alone to understand information

We also try to make the website text as simple as possible to understand.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible this website is

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible.

We have not yet carried out a full accessibility audit of the service. Until this is complete, we may not be aware of all accessibility issues.

We are committed to identifying and fixing issues as we continue to develop the service.

Technical information about this website accessibility

The service team for this website is committed to making the site accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies Websites and Mobile Applications Accessibility Regulations twenty eighteen.

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version two point two AA standard due to the non accessible content listed below and content we have not yet audited.

Non accessible content

We have not yet completed a full audit, so there may be issues we are not yet aware of.

Based on our initial internal reviews, some components may not yet fully meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version two point two AA. These may include:

  • colour contrast issues
  • missing or unclear ARIA labels
  • heading structure that is not always logical
  • keyboard focus states that need improvement
  • interactive elements that may not be fully operable by keyboard
  • content that may not fully adapt for mobile users

We will update this list after we complete a formal audit.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

We plan to:

  • commission a full external accessibility audit
  • fix any issues identified during that audit
  • improve our internal accessibility testing
  • review and update this statement as we make improvements

We aim to complete the audit by early 2026.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 22 December 2025.

This website has not yet been fully tested. We plan to carry out an external accessibility audit and will update this statement once the audit has been completed.
